After spending 25 years building, growing and leading teams, Karin decided to become a leadership coach so she could help others reach their full potential with courage and confidence.
She received her coach certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching (one of the most prestigious and well-respected coach training institutes in the world) and is truly excited about the growth her clients have experienced. Work Experience Karin worked at Google from 2006-2020 in a variety of roles: Executive Coach, HR Business Partner, Founder and Director of a Global HR Operations team, Director of Performance Management Design and Delivery, and Organizational Development Consultant. Prior to joining Google, Karin was at McKinsey & Company for 6 years -- first as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices space and then in a talent management role. She also spent 4 years as a growth strategy consultant with CDI (Corporate Decisions, Inc.) which merged with Mercer Management Consulting. Personal Karin lives in Westchester County, NY with her dog and 2 cats. She is passionate about animal rescue and enjoys volunteering, spending time in nature, reading, traveling, and playing board games. Education & Credentials
