Karin partners one-on-one with her clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that raises their self-awareness and inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through this process, clients are able to find their own solutions, develop their own skills and increase their confidence.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, in certain situations Karin will suggest that she get input from some of her client's key stakeholders and/or that her client partake in assessments (e.g., personality, style, role preference).
